I think Blumarine has been getting better lately. It may not be a piece of art, but think about their previous collections and you'll agree with me.
I like the first half of the show better. But yeah, it was quite a good collection.
Creo que Blumarine ha mejorado últimamente. No es una obra de arte pero, pensad en las colecciones pasadas y me daréis la razón.
Me gusta la primera parte del desfile más que la otra. Y en sí, ha sido una colección que no está mal.

This collection is one of my favourites so far. There are a lot of things going on, but it works.
We've got the leopard prints (which I dislike, but they don't look as bad here), the snake prints, the super simple and elegant outfits (my favourites, what a surprise!), the fur....and it all works.
Esta colección es una de mis favoritas. Hay muchas cosas en ella, pero funciona.
Tenemos estampado de leopardo (el cual odio, pero aquí no es tan feo), el estampado de serpiente, los pases super simples y elegantes (mis favoritos, ¡qué sorpresa!), la piel...y todo funciona.
-Etro:
Etro makes pretty much the same every season. I don't usually complain because I like their style.
They always go for this hippie/bohemian, sometimes oriental, look. So, nothing new.
Last season's collection was better, though. These prints aren't as pretty as the ones they used for the SS collection.
I bet they'll do something similar next season ;)
Etro hace prácticamente lo mismo cada temporada. No me suelo quejar porque me gusta ese estilo.
Siempre optan por el look hippie/bohemio, a veces oriental. Así que no es nada nuevo.
Sin embargo, la temporada pasada me gustó más la colección. Estos estampados no son tan bonito como los usados en la colección de PV.
Supongo que harán algo parecido la próxima temporada ;)

I see some problems I already saw on their last collection. First of all, that silver fabric makes me think the models came from outter space, and I hate it.
And that thing they used to create a "turtleneck" sweater? to create a "scarf"?...that's horrible. It looks like the models had an accident, and they went from the hospital to the show. Not a cute look.
I used to love this brand, but I can't like this. I see they wanted to play with the volumes, but I don't like the way it turned out.
I see some Céline too...actually, it's quite obvious.
Veo problemas que ya vi en la última colección. Primero de todo, esa tela plateada hace que parezca que las modelos han venido del espacio, y lo odio.
Y eso que han usado para crear el ¿"cuello alto" del suéter?, para crear ¿una "bufanda?....es horrible. Parece que las modelos han tenido un accidente y vienen del hospital al desfile, con su collarín. No es bonito.
Me solía gustar esta marca pero no me puede gustar esto. Veo que quisieron jugar con los volúmenes, pero no me gusta el resultado.
Veo algo de Céline también...de hecho, es bastante obvio.
-Versace:
I don't know who half of the models were, but I do know most of them looked quite ridiculous when they tried to walk and pose. Leave that to the pros.
But Anna opened and closed the show, so I won't complain much about the cast.
The clothes? Same issue as usual: the fabrics look cheap, and that "cheapens" the entire thing.
The pantsuit section was the best, in my opinion. Both Sasha and Nadja looked like divas, and they added a lot of energy to the clothes. The gowns, though...not so good. I know Donatella tries to do what her brother did but: 1) she's not as talented, and she knows it, 2) those kind of clothes looked good when Gianni was alive, but they don't nowadays.
No se quienes eran la mitad de las modelos, pero se que la mayoría eran algo ridículas cuando intentaban desfilar y posar. Dejad eso a las profesionales.
Pero Anna ha abierto y cerrado el desfile, así que no me quejaré mucho.
¿La ropa? Me provoca la misma queja de siempre: los tejidos parecen baratos, y eso abarata todo.
La sección de los trajes de pantalón fue la mejor, en mi opinión. Tanto Sasha como Nadja parecían unas divas totales, y eso añadió energía a la ropa. Los trajes largos sin embargo...nada bonitos. Se que Donatella intenta hacer lo que hacía su hermano: 1) ella no tiene tanto talento, y lo sabe, 2) ese tipo de ropa estaba bien cuando Gianni vivía, pero no hoy en día.
