Lifetime is continuing to listen to the alleged victims of R. Kelly in the forthcoming followup documentary, Surviving R. Kelly Part II: The Reckoning.
Documenting the events that follow the 2018’s Surviving R. Kelly, the second installment chronicles the new wave of federal charges filed against the disgraced artist, along with his infamous outburst during the interview with CBS host Gayle King and the gun threat during the Surviving R. Kelly theater premiere. Females who managed to escape Kelly and figures like Roc-A-Fella founder Damon Dash, Beyoncé‘s father Matthew Knowles, music critic Jim DeRogatis, stand-up comic W. Kamau Bell and Me Too founder Tarana Burke also come forward to speak on the matter, with the most notable person being Dominique Gardner — one of Kelly’s ex-girlfriends who finally reunites with her family after nine years.

Elsewhere in music, Post Malone is closing the year with the biggest album of 2019.
